• All bookings are non-refundable
• All of our attractions operate in the majority of weather conditions

• In the unlikely event we have to close the attraction due to bad weather or track conditions then you will be issued tickets for a future visit. As per our booking terms, all bookings are non-refundable.

• You may reschedule any booking in advance. You can do this yourself online. There is a service fee of £1.00 per ticket charged at the time of editing your booking

• Any safety instructions by Totally Attractions staff should be followed all all times
• Details of each attraction and what to expect can be found under the 'More Info' tab above
• Government advise regarding Covid 19 should always be followed
• Rights of admission reserved

• We no longer require 48h for a ticket change - this can now be done anytime prior to arrival
